CiteAb is the world’s largest citation-ranked antibody search engine and we’re currently looking for an enthusiastic student to take up a summer internship position at our offices in Bath. Job Description | Assisting with the day to day upkeep of CiteAb – including but not limited to: general data validation of antibody and reference information prior to upload to the site; social media and promotion of the site across it’s various media channels; general maintenance and housekeeping of the database and website. |
Person Specification | The successful applicant will be expected to hold the following competencies: – A basic of knowledge of antibodies and their applications. – Enthusiasm in engaging the wider scientific community in order to promote CiteAb across various social media platforms. – Very high level of IT literacy, being able to quickly learn and adopt multiple online tools & platforms. – Be able to work to tight deadlines and record data accurately. – A willingness to learn. |
