Happy Chinese New Year!
Happy New Year – the year of the monkey – to all of our Chinese friends!
We’ve been watching celebrations unfold around the world and will continue to do so – with some big events planned here in the UK up until the 14th February.
Obviously here at CiteAb we have to put an antibody spin on events, and therefore we thought we’d highlight some of our recent posts that focus on Chinese research and antibody use.
Just back in December we revealed the antibody companies cracking China – with Abcam, Cell Signaling and Santa Cruz all doing really well. We also highlighted Proteintech and eBioscience, both of which claim a large percentage of the Chinese market share. You can read more about this data here.
And this time last year, we made headlines when we revealed that the US was fast losing its share of the global bioscience market to China, with the country likely to overtake the States in the next five to ten years. You can read more about this here, and we’ll be providing an update to this story in due course.
So we’ll close by wishing those companies we work with in China, their staff, and our Chinese researchers who use CiteAb a very happy New Year and many well wishes for the celebrations to come.
