We are thrilled to announce our partnership with JAGGAER, the leader in autonomous commerce.
JAGGAER Research Materials Management (RMM) is a vital resource for researchers, used to acquire and manage commercial reagents and lab supplies needed for their work.
JAGGAER RMM is used by more than half of the top 20 global pharmaceutical organisations in their research operation in North America, Europe and Asia. More recently, RMM has established a strong presence with leading research universities and with growing and emerging life science and biotech companies worldwide.
The CiteAb search will be integrated into JAGGAER RMM so more researchers will be able to find products that work for their experiments (in CiteAb) and then buy them easily and efficiently (through RMM). Ultimately, this combined capacity will help reduce waste, improve efficiency and save cost for researchers.

The partnership for researchers
By combining the benefits of the CiteAb search with JAGGAER’s purchasing and regulatory compliance expertise, this partnership aims to provide an end-to-end solution for researchers using JAGGAER.
RMM enables researchers with one-search access to all available internal and external catalogue and inventory items with supporting details to enable pricing and availability comparisons. RMM combines this access with full-life cycle tracking and reporting capabilities, with compliance integrated throughout the life cycle, to manage research spend, achieve consistent compliance, and save time and costs. Furthermore, RMM-CiteAb sessions will be entirely anonymous, ensuring that researcher and organisation activity can’t be tracked or monetised.
Ultimately, by using this solution to select and purchase the right reagents, researchers can have more certainty that their experiments will work. This translates into significant cost and time savings in the short term, and more reproducible results in the long term.

For suppliers who list on CiteAb, this is a great opportunity to check if your product listings are up to date in order to maximise exposure of your products to the thousands of scientists who use RMM every day. The CiteAb-RMM integration is part of JAGGAER’s new RMM Bioreagents module, available now for production use beginning in 3Q 2022. Researchers who already use JAGGAER RMM will have trial access to the beta version of the CiteAb integration beginning 1st August.
