The results are in!

We are so excited to announce the winners of the 2022 CiteAb Awards.

This year we received many outstanding entries, from a wide range of top reagent suppliers and researchers from around the world. This certainly didn’t make it easy for our awards team or judges to select the winners!

Our winners represent the diverse and growing reagent sector: featuring leading and niche companies, with various specialisms and areas of focus.

Data-based awards:

At CiteAb, we have developed industry leading data collection technology to collect valuable reagent citations. Our database contains millions of citations for a vast amount of products from hundreds of suppliers. This enables us to get an accurate view of reagent markets globally.

We analysed highly accurate CiteAb citation data to determine winners for our data-based categories.

Nomination-based awards:

For the nomination based categories, the CiteAb Awards team and judging panels (for the Environmental Initiative of the Year and Innovation Award) scrutinised entries. With many impressive nominations to sort through, winners were selected based on various factors such as future impact, innovation and successes conveyed in the nomination.

How we say congratulations

Instead of trophies, this year we decided to do something different. Each winner received a ten metre square plot of land at the Co-Forest:Acorn project site. This land is being planted with trees by amazing volunteers, so in years to come winners will have their own (named) tiny patch of forest to commemorate their win.

If you would like to find out more about the winning companies and individuals, you can read the winners’ stories over on our awards website.

We will be attending AACR this year to congratulate our awardees and present certificates. We cannot wait to see our winners from this year, as well as previous years who we haven’t been able to connect with in person.

Are you attending AACR this year? Do let us know!
