Will you be at the antibody event of 2018?

Our whole team is going to be at the Third International Antibody Validation Meeting taking place here in Bath, UK in September 2018, and we really hope you’re going to join us!

This event is possibly one of the most important of the year in the antibody world, as it addresses an issue core to all of us, whether we’re researchers or antibody suppliers – the validation of antibodies.

For those of you who haven’t been to the meeting before, this is a unique event which brings together scientists from academia, the pharmaceutical / biotech sector and antibody suppliers in order to discuss best practices in research antibody validation and help improve antibody validation for the life science community.

The meeting, organised by the University of Bath and supported by AstraZeneca and CiteAb, offers a great chance to hear the latest in antibody validation, interact with leaders in the antibody validation field and to contribute to initiatives aimed at helping to improve research antibody validation.

Dr Andrew Chalmers adds: “In addition to a fantastic antibody event attended by all of the biggest names in the field, you’ll be visiting the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath which is truly spectacular. If you’d like to know more about the city, take a look at the UNESCO page about it here: https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/428

It isn’t too late for you to get involved in this year’s event – you can read all about it here, and sign up to join us in September.

The team behind the organising of this year’s event would like to give a big shout out to sponsors:
Abcam, Atlas Antibodies, BioTechne R&D Systems, Genetex, Miltenyi Biotech, Progen, Proteintech, ThermoFisher Scientific and Ximbio.
Without the support of these organisations, it would not be possible to run this valuable event.
