- Set up delivery schedules, issue API access, configure widget keys and manage standardised product deliveries
- Manage bulk catalogue uploads and coordinate production and delivery of market insight reports for listing customers
- Manage client renewals, maintain strong client relationships, fostering long term partnerships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in sales calls to understand customer requirements and match needs to existing product offerings
- Handle administrative workflows related to customer delivery, including coordinating invoicing and contracts for new sales and renewals
- Continually review customer lifecycle to identify friction points and recommend solutions to improve product delivery and user experience
- Identify repetitive operation tasks and identify solutions, feeding these to the Head of Product for development
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple delivery timelines, client setups and operational tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, comfortable leading client calls and explaining technical delivery options
- Highly collaborative, with a strong track record of working effectively with cross functional teams and a wide range of stakeholders
Desirable:
- Proven track record in delivery management, technical account management, project management or customer success
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
- An understanding of how antibodies and other life science reagents are used

- Private health care & health cash plan
- Hybrid working, with office based in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath
- There may be opportunities to travel to meet our partners and attend life science conferences, especially in the USA
