  • Entries to the CiteAb Awards must be submitted by this coming Friday!
  • Award winners will be announced on 22nd March.

This is your last chance to get your entries into the 2021 CiteAb Awards – entries close on Friday 26th February at (GMT) midnight.

This year we have a range of exciting categories, from Image of the Year for the very best published images, and an award for significant individual achievement, through to categories such as the ‘COVID-19 innovation award’ and ‘Charitable supplier of the year’ which celebrate the strength of the sector both in surviving a global pandemic and in supporting others through it.

Alicia Cooper, product manager at CiteAb, says: “The awards are always a fantastic celebration of the strengths of the life science reagent sector, and we’re always blown away by the year-on-year growth in quality of entries.

“However, never before has the celebration of successes felt so very needed. The past twelve months have been more than challenging for everyone. Now more than ever we need to reflect on what we have all achieved and celebrate those achievements together.”

To see the full list of categories and to enter this year’s awards visit our dedicated awards website. And please do share the site with your colleagues across the sector, the CiteAb Awards are international and we love receiving entries from around the world.

If you’re a researcher, we also want to hear from you. Our ‘Researchers’ Choice’ award is always one of the most challenged categories and one that suppliers covet – it really demonstrates which suppliers are absolutely hitting the mark by providing the very best products with phenomenal customer service. If you’ve been impressed by a reagent supplier over the past twelve months do enter them in this category, and in return for your entry, you will be added to a prize draw for £100 Amazon vouchers!

Alicia adds: “As usual, in addition to our nominated categories, we also have a number of award categories that will be presented based on the data we collect here at CiteAb. In these categories, our team will look at which companies or products have received the most citations in academic journals to determine the winners.”

The winners of this year’s awards will be announced here on our blog and through our newsletter on Monday 22nd March 2021.
