New team members at CiteAb

We’re excited to be welcoming three new people to the CiteAb team – two product managers and a developer.

Alicia Cooper and Rebecca Sadler join us as product managers as CiteAb continues to grow and offer ever more complex data sets and market reports.

Rebecca graduates from her biology degree at the University of Bath this summer and has done her professional placement in market research, making her move into product management at CiteAb a natural progression.

Alicia is also a University of Bath biology degree graduate, who wanted to work in product management after a year as a project manager that included product design.

We recently announced that we are now able to provide data on a range of reagents, not just antibodies – and our two new product managers will be helping our team deliver this.

Rob Willison joins us as a web developer for CiteAb. We’ll still be working closely with the guys at Storm on our platform but as we get bigger and offer new services we find ourselves in need for a dedicated support.

Rob is not completely new to CiteAb – as with Rebecca and Alicia he joins us from the University of Bath, however Rob did a computer science degree during which he focused his final year project on helping us develop our machine learning application capable of recognising institution names in research papers with greater accuracy.

Dr Andrew Chalmers, founder of CiteAb, said: “We’re really pleased to be growing the team and it’s fantastic to have so many talented graduates coming out of our local University, which CiteAb spun out of just a few years ago.

“I’m looking forward to working with Alicia, Rebecca and Rob and I’m sure they are all looking forward to working with the antibody suppliers who use CiteAb data.”
