We are so excited to announce that the CiteAb Awards are returning for their 9th year!
The CiteAb Awards are a celebration of the successes of the global research reagent sector, a sector that is absolutely essential for accelerating scientific progress.
We love to reflect on the work and impact of companies and individuals in this industry during the CiteAb Award season, and each year we ask you to do the same by nominating your company or colleague in our awards!
The awards will include a mixture of nomination based categories and data-based awards where we look at our citation data to determine which companies are succeeding and growing.
So, have you achieved something remarkable in the past year?
What can you expect in the 2023 CiteAb Awards?
The CiteAb Awards will be rewarding quality products and research, impactful businesses and people, and care from companies through their initiatives.
This year will feature 11 categories, including a mixture of data-based and nomination based awards.
We will be introducing new data-based awards to mark the successes of suppliers in areas we have perhaps not previously celebrated. The data-based awards will recognise both the market leaders and those up-and-coming suppliers in the industry, by looking at our highly accurate citation data. On top of this, we will be bringing back categories that have become familiar favourites, and asking researchers to have their say in nominating as well as suppliers.
How can I get involved?
Getting involved in the CiteAb Awards is simple and comes at no cost.
- First, check which categories you’re eligible to nominate in on our awards website, which will be updated on the 28th November
- Then, submit your nominations before the 24th February
- Finally, look out for when winners are announced on the 27th March
If you are a researcher or supplier in the life sciences, there is an opportunity for you to participate in the CiteAb Awards. We will be asking researchers to nominate suppliers and products that have impressed them, and we will be looking to suppliers to highlight exciting new initiatives and products that are making an impact on the sector.

It was fantastic to be able to congratulate our winners in person at AACR for the 2022 CiteAb Awards!
We were able to celebrate a variety of companies in categories ranging from Innovative Product of the Year, to Environmental Initiative of the Year, Supplier Succeeding in Cancer Research and Multiplex Immunoassay Supplier to Watch.
