Company Highlight: PhosphoSolutions

At CiteAb we work hard to get to know individual antibody suppliers so that you can be sure the data we hold is always up to date and correct. Every now and then we feature individual company highlights here on our blog, allowing you to get to know leading antibody suppliers too.

Colorado based PhosphoSolutions specialise in the neurosciences and in protein phosphorylation.

The company’s antibodies cover the research areas of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, learning and memory, anxiety, drug abuse, schizophrenia, and the GABA, dopamine and glutamate pathways.

All of PhosphoSolutions’ antibodies are produced by the company in-house. The company’s motto is ‘Antibodies that Work’ and its staff run a heavy testing programme on the antibodies they produce before they are made available on the market.

Kristin Nixon, Chief Operations Officer for PhosphoSolutions, said: “We’re fond of saying that not every antibody we attempt to make works, but the difference at PhosphoSolutions is, if it doesn’t work in our hands, it goes in the trash rather than in our catalogue.”

The company is keen to highlight its new Anti-Phospho Beclin1 Ser295 antibody (cat. # p117-295) which you can find on CiteAb.
